Retrieving appropriate type of high quality
plastic chips based on customers' orders. | Based
on the color that our customer specified, our lab technician prepares the dyestuff
and chemical, ready for production. We currently produce more than 150 distinctive
colors of monofilaments. | Special treatments might
be required for certain types of chips before being used. Dyestuff and chemicals
are then professionally mixed with the chips. |

Plastic chips are melted through the extruder(s)
and quickly cooled. Temperature control is essential for producing high quality
monofilaments. | Raw monofilaments need to go though
several heaters and steam chambers. Rollers are used to stretch these filaments
to specified diameter and to bring out their transparency and strength. | After
going through chemical treatments, monofilaments are brought to ovens for drying. |
